Platinum Home Health Services is a locally owned and operated provider of comprehensive home health care services. The agency was founded in 2003 by Marc A. Vasil, MPT, an Ohio-licensed Physical Therapist. Initially, Platinum focused on providing in-home physical therapy staffing support to local home health agencies throughout the region. As the need for personalized, high-quality care increased, the organization expanded and became a fully operational home care agency in 2005.
Platinum Home Health Services was credentialed by Medicare on March 17, 2006, reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence. In 2008, we further expanded our services to include non-skilled aides and homemaking services. This growth allowed us to better support clients with both medical care and daily living needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Today, Platinum Home Health Services is proud to be one of fewer than ten agencies in Ohio to earn a 5-Star Medicare Rating. This distinction highlights our dedication to quality outcomes, compassionate care, and exceptional patient satisfaction.
We serve clients across the lifespan, most commonly between the ages of 50 and 100. Our primary care populations include adults ages 55–70 recovering from surgery and individuals ages 80–100 managing geriatric or chronic health conditions. However, we have no age restrictions and provide care from birth through end of life. Every care plan is personalized to meet the unique needs of each client.
